Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from fogearsport.com for any reason, please contact us within the first 14 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. This applies only to items purchased directly on fogearsport.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@fogearindustry.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can refuse the delivery or send back your unwanted item/s in order to receive a refund, and then place a new order.


How to return?

1. Email us at service@fogearindustry.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Reply us with the express you choose and the tracking number.

4. Once received, refund take about 7-10 business days to process.

Return Conditions

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 

2. Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can refuse the delivery or send back your unwanted item/s in order to receive a refund, and then place a new order.

3. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to service@fogearindustry.com

4. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

5.Fogearsport offers a 1 Year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy. Please follow our relevant product quality definitions below.

Product Quality Judgment Standards 

1) Principles
1.1 Within the "One Year Guarantee", any quality issues resulting from the product itself during normal use are eligible for return and refund.

1.2 Customers must provide valid proof of purchase before returning or refunding products.

1.3 Customers must contact the company’s customer service to register product information before initiating a return or refund.

2) Clothing Products
The following defects are eligible for credits or refunds (final determination by customer service):
2.1 Severe sewing misalignment (e.g., misaligned pants seams, sleeve seams, or side seams).
2.2 Broken zipper (for unworn garments).
2.3 Missing buttons (for unworn garments).
2.4 Open seams (for unworn garments).
2.5 Discrepant sewing dimensions (length or width exceeding appearance standards).
2.6 Twisted or exposed lining.
2.7 Skipped stitches.
2.8 Loose threads (for unworn garments).
2.9 Color fading.
2.10 Color bleeding (within multi-colored sections of a single garment).
2.11 Asymmetry (e.g., misaligned chest panel or neckline).
2.12 Missing or incorrect labels (including embroidered labels).
2.13 Printing defects.
2.14 Machine oil stains (on unworn garments).
2.15 Holes (on unworn garments).
2.16 Plaid misalignment exceeding 0.5 cm.
2.17 Noticeably uneven sewing curves.
2.18 Unevenly spaced stitching.
2.19 Excessive feather leakage in down jackets (not along stitching lines).
2.20 Severe shrinkage.

3) Footwear Products
The following defects are eligible for credits or refunds (final determination by customer service):
3.1 Broken sole (e.g., hydrolysis of PU sole, broken functional support, or broken spikes on specialized footwear).
3.2 Torn upper (e.g., mesh tear, PU cracking, or PU hydrolysis).
3.3 Open seams (e.g., tongue separation, skipped or broken stitches).
3.4 Adhesive failure (e.g., sole detachment, upper-to-sole detachment, or cracking at glued joints).
3.5 Embroidery issues (e.g., layering errors, thread buildup, severe discoloration).
3.6 Stains or visible defects on the upper.
3.7 Noticeable loosening or cracking of leather in prominent areas.
3.8 Misaligned or collapsed heel counters.
3.9 Chafing due to heel deformation or lining wrinkles.
3.10 Detached lining.
3.11 Significant defects or cracks in EVA midsoles.
3.12 Uneven or warped midsole boards.
3.13 Mismatched sizes or fitting issues within a pair of shoes.
3.14 Color mismatches for shoes produced by the same manufacturer within the same month.
3.15 Noticeable structural or color inconsistencies between soles or uppers.
3.16 Sharp objects or nails inside the shoe insole.
3.17 Paint or print peeling on midsoles due to compression or impact (not wear-related).

4) Bags and Backpacks
The following defects are eligible for credits or refunds (final determination by customer service):
4.1 Severe deformation.
4.2 Significant stains (on unused items).
4.3 Cracks or obvious crease marks.
4.4 Color mismatches or significant color discrepancies (on unused items).
4.5 Holes (on unused items).
4.6 Open seams (on unused items).
4.7 Loose threads.
4.8 Continuous skipped stitches or loops.
4.9 Broken warp or weft threads.
4.10 Broken zippers or missing teeth.
4.11 Incomplete or deformed prints/embroidery.
4.12 Damaged accessories.
4.13 Incorrect or incomplete logos.

5) Hats
The following defects are eligible for credits or refunds (final determination by customer service):
5.1 Significant stains or yellowing (on unused items).
5.2 Holes (on unused items).
5.3 Broken warp or weft threads.
5.4 Skipped, loose, or uneven stitches.
5.5 Uneven texture with visible base fabric.
5.6 Open seams (on unused items).
5.7 Loose threads.
5.8 Continuous skipped stitches or loops.
5.9 Severe creases or deformations.
5.10 Color discrepancies.
5.11 Deformed or incomplete embroidery/printing.
5.12 Damaged decorations.
5.13 Incorrect or incomplete logos.

6) Badminton Racket Warranty Rules
6.1 If the product has quality or manufacturing defects during normal use within six months of purchase, customers can use the warranty for free repair or replacement. Assessment by technical experts is required.
6.2 A valid warranty card with purchase date and dealer stamp must be presented. Altered information voids the warranty.
6.3 The following issues are not covered under warranty:
a. Damage due to natural disasters or force majeure.
b. Damage from poor transportation, storage, impact, or heavy pressure.
c. Damage from improper stringing or failure to secure the racket during stringing.
d. Tension exceeding recommended limits.
e. Damage caused by string cutting or sudden breakage during use.
f. Exposure to temperatures above 70°C (e.g., in cars under direct sunlight).
g. Unauthorized modifications or improper repairs.
h. Other human-caused misuse or neglect.
6.4 Strings and grips are consumables and not covered under warranty.
6.5 For broken frames, do not cut the strings. Intact strings are required for inspection; otherwise, the company will not process the issue.

7) Determination
Fogearsport.com reserves the final right to determine the quality of its apparel, footwear, and accessories.

6. Return Process

  1. Submit a return/exchange request as per guidelines. Please allow 3-4 business days for review. Non-compliance with shipping addresses may result in loss.
  2. For exchanges, products will be shipped within two business days of receipt unless stock is unavailable, in which case a refund will be processed.
  3. For returns, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
